Job Responsibilities:

  1. Software Development:

    • Design, code, test, and maintain Java-based applications to meet project specifications.

       

  2. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with other developers, system analysts, and stakeholders to produce software designs.
       

  3. Optimization:

    • Enhance application performance by optimizing code and troubleshooting issues.
       

  4. Testing:

    • Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
       

  5. Continuous Integration:

    • Implement continuous integration and deployment for automated efficiency in the development process.​
       

  6. Documentation:

    • Produce technical documentation for new and existing applications.
      ​

  7. Stay Updated:

    • Keep up-to-date with emerging Java frameworks, tools, and technologies.

Requirements 

  1. Educational Background

    • ​Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,  Information Technology, or a related field.
       

  2. Technical Proficiency:

    •  Familiarity with database design, software development, and web technologies.
       

  3. Experience:

    • ​At least 2-3 years in system analysis or a related field.
       

  4. Problem-Solving Skills:

    • ​Strong analytical abilities and a knack for tracking down complex software issues.
       

  5. Analytical Skills:

    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
       

  6. Communication Skills:

    • Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
       

  7. Attention to Detail:

    • Ensures thorough and accurate documentation.
       

  8. Team Player:

    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
